Room Types and Facilities Summary
Accommodation is in the form of 25 individual dwellings on stilts situated in three distinct habitats - water, paddy field and forest. These luxurious dwellings, connected by wooden walkways, have timber flooring, ceilings of rattan and bamboo, and sloping roofs thatched with coconut palm. Furnished with luxurious king size beds, each dwelling has a private deck with scenic views and an outdoor dining area. Some have plunge pools on the deck and even private swimming pools. The toilets are spacious and elegantly designed with a large sunken bathtub and rain showers with hot and cold water.
Paddy Field Dwellings
There are six Paddy Field Dwellings, which are modest in size and include a dining deck and a plunge pool. Built over vast bounteous paddy fields. Size: 1,030 sq. feet.

Water Dwellings
There are 3 Water dwellings (each 1,240 sq. ft) that are the same size as the Paddy Field Huts and have a large dining deck of 318 sq. ft. They are built over a waterway filled with lotuses.
Marsh Dwellings
Situated over the marsh area, there are six Marsh Dwellings (each 1,240 sq ft.). They are identical to Paddy Field Dwellings but out of 6 only 2 dwellings have plunge pools with excellent views of Sigiriya Rock.
Forest Dwellings
Bordering the wilderness are the 10 luxurious Forest dwellings (each 2,110 sq. ft.), which are particularly spacious with large living areas and generous lounging / dining decks from which to enjoy your own private wildlife show. Luxurious bathrooms are well fitted with mirrors and lighting and a Jacuzzi tub to soothe away any post - trekking aches. Each of these two story villas has a personal 22 ft x 10 ft. private swimming pool.
