Hatha yoga classes twice weekly are favourite of most guest at the Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions where the mentors attempt their best to train your minds into meditation - not an easy task. Four resident Doctors and 16 therapists provide about 3 hours of treatment per day for each guest in the privacy of their own bungalow terrace. More specialised treatments are within the health centre.
The specialized practitioners and therapists will let you know type of treatment you require by looking at your skin, hair and health issues, but it is up to the guest to decide how much treatment they require. Some guest visit the resort just for the delicious health food and meditation.

Ayurvedic
Spa and Ayurveda services at Ayurveda Pavilions are entirely based upon individual guests' health and nutritional requirements, as recommended by the in-house Ayurveda medical practitioner. After the initial consultation, daily menus and therapies are organised for each guest for their stay. Therapies range from rejuvenating massages using herbal oils, body wraps, and flower baths to more intensive curative Ayurveda treatments for a range of medical ailments including diabetes and cholesterol. Supplementary educational programmes on Ayurveda, knowledge of medicinal plants and healthy cooking, music therapy, yoga, and meditation are all part of this holistic approach. A minimum stay of three days is recommended for the relaxation therapies with longer periods required for more intensive treatments. Each guest is given an advisory report by the Ayurveda physician at the end of their stay to ensure prolonged well-being. The resort also has a separate Ayurveda Centre with a pharmacy and additional treatment areas, a herbal garden and a tranquil swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
